醫(yī)源性因素對(duì)光固化復(fù)合樹(shù)脂邊緣微滲漏的影響

[摘要]光固化復(fù)合樹(shù)脂是臨床上常用的充填修復(fù)材料,但可因邊緣微滲漏導(dǎo)致修復(fù)失敗。邊緣微滲漏是多種因素作用的結(jié)果,本文就窩洞制備、粘接、充填、光固化、拋光等臨床醫(yī)源性因素對(duì)光固化復(fù)合樹(shù)脂邊緣微滲漏的影響作一綜述,以期為臨床實(shí)踐提供參考。

Abstract: Light-cured composite resin is a filling and restorative material in Clinic, but it can fail due to microleakage. Microleakage is the result of multiple factors. This article reviews the influence of iatrogenic factors such as cavity preparation, bonding, filling, light curing, and polishing on the microleakage of light-cured composite resin, in order to provide references for clinical practice.
