微小切口進路內(nèi)固定術(shù)修復頜面部骨折的臨床效果研究

[摘要]目的：探討微小切口進路修復頜面部骨折的療效、咬合功能及不良反應。方法：選擇2019年2月-2020年3月筆者醫(yī)院收治的60例頜面部骨折患者，均接受微小切口進路內(nèi)固定修復法。分析治療后臨床療效、術(shù)后1個月骨折愈合情況、咬合功能恢復情況及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果：60例頜面部骨折患者經(jīng)治療后，康復36例，好轉(zhuǎn)18例，總有效率為90.00%;張口度恢復時間為（5.45±1.05）周，軟組織消腫時間為（4.25±1.03）d，骨痂形成時間為（4.17±0.17）周;術(shù)后，兩組最大咬合力、最大咬合力面積較術(shù)前明顯增大，咬合力不對稱指數(shù)較術(shù)前明顯下降（P

Clinical Effect of Micro-incision Approach Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Maxillofacial Fractures

Abstract： Objective  To investigate the efficacy， occlusion function and adverse reactions of micro-incision approach for internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures. Methods  60 patients with mandibular fracture in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled， and received micro-incision and internal fixation. The clinical efficacy， fracture healing at one month after operation， recovery of occlusal function， and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.
