微小切口進路內(nèi)固定術(shù)修復頜面部骨折的臨床效果研究
[摘要]目的:探討微小切口進路修復頜面部骨折的療效、咬合功能及不良反應。方法:選擇2019年2月-2020年3月筆者醫(yī)院收治的60例頜面部骨折患者,均接受微小切口進路內(nèi)固定修復法。分析治療后臨床療效、術(shù)后1個月骨折愈合情況、咬合功能恢復情況及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:60例頜面部骨折患者經(jīng)治療后,康復36例,好轉(zhuǎn)18例,總有效率為90.00%;張口度恢復時間為(5.45±1.05)周,軟組織消腫時間為(4.25±1.03)d,骨痂形成時間為(4.17±0.17)周;術(shù)后,兩組最大咬合力、最大咬合力面積較術(shù)前明顯增大,咬合力不對稱指數(shù)較術(shù)前明顯下降(P

Clinical Effect of Micro-incision Approach Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Maxillofacial Fractures

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy, occlusion function and adverse reactions of micro-incision approach for internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures. Methods 60 patients with mandibular fracture in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled, and received micro-incision and internal fixation. The clinical efficacy, fracture healing at one month after operation, recovery of occlusal function, and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.
