二肽基肽酶-4在瘢痕疙瘩中的表達情況研究

[摘要]目的:探討二肽基肽酶-4(DPP4)在瘢痕疙瘩中的表達情況。方法:分別獲取切除術(shù)后的瘢痕疙瘩組織及正常皮膚組織,然后通過蛋白免疫印跡方法、定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng),比較二者DPP4基因在蛋白和mRNA水平上表達的差異。結(jié)果:與正常皮膚組織相比,DPP4蛋白在瘢痕疙瘩組織中的表達高于正常皮膚,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P

Abstract: Objective To explore the expression of dipeptidyl peptidase-4 in keloids.
