腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣對預(yù)防Frey’s綜合征作用的Meta分析

[摘要]目的：采用Meta分析方法探討腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣術(shù)式對預(yù)防Frey’s綜合征的價值。方法：制定全面的檢索策略，檢索PubMed、EMBASE、ELSEVIER、OVIDMEDLINE、CNKI、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫，篩選腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣與Frey’s綜合征預(yù)防相關(guān)文獻，Meta分析合并OR值。結(jié)果：有15項隨機臨床對照實驗納入Meta分析，累計病例1 414例，其中對照組584例，合并OR=0.20，95%可信區(qū)間 [0.16，0.26]，實驗組較對照組Frey’s綜合征發(fā)生率顯著降低（P

The Role of Flap Operation Under Parotid Masseter Fascia in the Prevention of Frey’s Syndrome： A Meta Analysis

Abstract：  Objective  To perform a Meta analysis to evaluate the use of flap operation under parotid masseter fascia in prevention of Frey’s syndrome in patients undergoing with parotidectomy. Methods  A search of PubMed， EMBASE， ELSEVIER， OVIDMEDLINE， CNKI and WanFang Database was conducted using common text words combined with medical subject headings to capture the related studies. Data were collected and studies were pooled and OR were calculated. Results  15 studies were included for Meta analysis， including 1 414 patients in all in which there were 584 patients in the control group. The overall OR was 0.20， 95%CI was 0.16-0.26.
