某柴油機(jī)拉缸原因分析與處理

摘  要：為排查某型柴油機(jī)拉缸事故的原因，采用故障樹的方法對可能的原因逐一進(jìn)行檢查分析，確定高負(fù)荷工況下緊急停車，缸套產(chǎn)生裂紋末及時處理是拉缸的原因。惡劣工況后的隱患排查是柴油機(jī)安全運(yùn)行的重要措施。

Abstract： In order to investigate the cause of a cylinder pulling accident in a certain type of diesel engine， the fault tree method was used to examine and analyze possible causes one by one. It was determined that the cause of cylinder pulling was due to emergency parking under high load conditions and no timely treatment of cylinder liner cracks. Hazard investigation after harsh working conditions is an important measure for the safe operation of diesel engines.
