水泥土攪拌樁室內(nèi)配合比試驗(yàn)研究

摘 要:通過對室內(nèi)水泥土配合比試驗(yàn)成果數(shù)據(jù)的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著水泥摻入比的增大,水泥土強(qiáng)度先增大而后出現(xiàn)降低;隨著養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期的增長,水泥土強(qiáng)度增大,但不同水泥摻入比在同一養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期段強(qiáng)度增大速度不同。設(shè)計(jì)施工時可根據(jù)工程實(shí)際情況及工期要求參考室內(nèi)水泥土配合比試驗(yàn)結(jié)論及規(guī)律選擇合適的水泥摻入比。

Abstract: Through the analysis of the data of indoor cement-soil mix ratio test, it is found that with the increase of cement mixing ratio, the cement-soil strength increases at first and then decreases. With the increase of curing age, the cement-soil strength increases, but the strength increases at different rates at the same curing age. During the design and construction, the appropriate cement mixing ratio can be selected according to the actual situation of the project and the requirements of the construction period, referring to the indoor cement-soil mix test conclusion and law.

處理加固軟土的方法中,水泥土攪拌法具有原位土利用率高,施工簡單、工期短、成本低,施工中無振動、無噪聲、無泥漿水污染和無土體隆起,對周圍原有建筑物及地下溝管影響很小,根據(jù)上部結(jié)構(gòu)需要可靈活采用柱狀、壁狀、格柵狀或塊狀等加固形式[1]的獨(dú)特優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此在工程界得到廣泛研究與應(yīng)用[2-7]。(剩余4257字)
