回火熱處理工藝對431不銹鋼鍛件硬度的影響

摘要:以431不銹鋼鍛件為研究對象,重點探討431不銹鋼鍛件在670 ℃、690 ℃、720℃、740 ℃溫度下回火處理后的硬度變化,同時研究了431不銹鋼鍛件在經(jīng)歷不同回火次數(shù)后的硬度性能,并進行了不同熱處理狀態(tài)下的組織機理分析,以探究適宜的回火工藝,滿足不同標準(使用條件)的組織與性能要求。

Influence of tempering process on hardness of 431 stainless steel forgings

Abstract: This article takes 431 stainless steel forging as the research object, focusing on the hardness change of 431 stainless steel forgings after tempering at 670℃, 690℃, 720℃and 740℃. Meanwhile, the hardness properties of 431 stainless steel forgings after different tempering times are studied, and the microstructure mechanism analysis is carried out under different heat treatment states, to explore the appropriate tempering process to meet the organization and performance requirements of different standards (conditions of use).

431不銹鋼(相當于國內(nèi)1Cr17Ni2鋼)具有較高的強度和硬度,對氧化性的酸類(一定溫度、濃度的硝酸、大部分的有機酸),以及有機酸水溶液都有良好的耐蝕性,其耐蝕性優(yōu)于410鋼和430鋼。(剩余2369字)
