鍋爐制造火焰矯正工藝探討

摘要：介紹了鍋爐集箱部件在制造過程中因不均勻焊接、熱循環(huán)導(dǎo)致彎曲變形而進(jìn)行火焰矯正的工藝方法和注意事項(xiàng)，比較了國內(nèi)外鍋爐行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對熱矯正的規(guī)定和指導(dǎo)性條款，考慮到熱矯正對材料性能可能產(chǎn)生的不利影響，建議鍋爐行業(yè)工藝規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。

Discuss on flame straightening process in boiler manufacturing

Abstract： This paper presents the methods and precautions of flame straightening process for boiler header parts in the manufacturing due to bending deformation caused by uneven welding and thermal cycling， compares the provisions and guiding clauses of flame straightening in boiler industry standards and steel structure fabrication standards at home and abroad， and considers that flame straightening may have adverse effects on material properties， and suggests that the boiler industry should standardize it.
