[摘 要]隨著智能制造和工業(yè)4.0的快速發(fā)展，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)凸輪軸生產(chǎn)線正面臨著從傳統(tǒng)制造向智能制造的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。文章通過對現(xiàn)有凸輪軸生產(chǎn)線的深入分析和智能制造技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，提出了一種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)凸輪軸智能生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)方案，并探討了其在實(shí)際運(yùn)維中的優(yōu)勢與挑戰(zhàn)，旨在提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低成本，并實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。

[Abstract]With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0， engine camshaft production lines are facing a transformation and upgrading from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing. The article proposes a design scheme for an engine camshaft intelligent production line through in-depth analysis of existing camshaft production lines and the application of intelligent manufacturing technology， and explores its advantages and challenges in practical operation and maintenance， aiming to improve production efficiency， reduce costs， and achieve high-quality product production.
