汽車覆蓋件前縱梁的模具設(shè)計及沖壓工藝

[摘 要]汽車覆蓋件前縱梁發(fā)揮承載作用，因此對其制造要求較為嚴格。其中，模具設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)尤為重要，規(guī)范模具設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)才能落實沖壓工藝，從而促使汽車覆蓋件前縱梁符合制造要求。文章介紹了汽車覆蓋件前縱梁的模具設(shè)計及其沖壓工藝，旨在解決其制造問題。

[Abstract]The front longitudinal beam of automobile covering parts plays a bearing role， so its manufacturing requirements are more strict. Among them， the mold design link is particularly important， and the standardization of the mold design link can implement the stamping process， so as to promote the front longitudinal beam of the automobile covering part to meet the manufacturing requirements. This paper introduces the die design and stamping process of the front longitudinal beam of automobile covering， aiming at solving the manufacturing problem.
