【摘要】目的：探究在骨科患者圍手術(shù)期護理中實施快速康復護理模式的臨床效果。方法：選擇2021年12月—2023年12月84例骨科手術(shù)患者進行分析，隨機分組，對照組42例實施常規(guī)護理，實驗組42例采用快速康復護理模式，對比兩組住院指標、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、VAS評分以及心理狀態(tài)。結(jié)果：術(shù)前，兩組VAS評分對比無顯著統(tǒng)計學意義，P>0.05；術(shù)后不同時間，實驗組患者VAS評分均低于對照組，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing model in perioperative care of orthopedic patients.Methods：84 orthopedic surgery patients from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected for analysis and randomly divided into the control group of 42 cases who received routine care and the experimental group of 42 cases who received rapid rehabilitation nursing model.The hospitalization indicators，incidence of complications，VAS scores，and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results：Before surgery，there was no significant statistical difference in VAS scores between the two groups，P>0.05；At different times after surgery，the VAS scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，P
