護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)小兒靜脈留置針血栓形成及留置時(shí)間的影響分析

【摘要】目的：分析護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理在小兒靜脈留置針中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，以及其對(duì)血栓形成的影響。方法：將我院收治的靜脈輸液患兒作為案例，從中選出56例按照不同護(hù)理方法分成兩組，每組28例，對(duì)照組中患兒實(shí)施的是常規(guī)護(hù)理管理，觀察組中患兒實(shí)施的是護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施。對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理管理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組凝血功能指標(biāo)、護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量以及留置時(shí)間明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，存在顯著差異（P
