【摘要】目的：探討童趣化干預(yù)在小兒扁桃體和腺樣體手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選擇扁桃體和腺樣體手術(shù)患兒共100例，收治時間為2023年1月—2023年12月，將入組患兒根據(jù)不同干預(yù)方案進(jìn)行分組，各50例，對照組患兒行常規(guī)圍術(shù)期護(hù)理，研究組患兒則在對照組基礎(chǔ)上開展童趣化干預(yù)，對比兩組干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，研究組患兒手術(shù)總配合度較對照組高（P
