【摘要】目的：觀察優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)在心臟瓣膜置換術(shù)后患者護(hù)理中的效果及對生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取我院心臟瓣膜置換術(shù)患者68例（2021年10月—2022年10月），隨機(jī)分為優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)的觀察組（34例）與常規(guī)護(hù)理的對照組（34例），觀察心理健康水平、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況、生活質(zhì)量及滿意度。結(jié)果：與對照組相比，觀察組心理健康水平評分低，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低，術(shù)后恢復(fù)時間短，生活質(zhì)量評分高，滿意度評分高，P

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the care of patients after cardiac valve replacement and its impact on the quality of life.Methods：68 patients with cardiac valve replacement in our hospital （from October 2021 to October 2022） were selected and randomly divided into the observation group with high-quality nursing intervention （34 cases） and the control group with conventional nursing （34 cases） to observe the level of mental health，incidence of complications，postoperative recovery，quality of life and satisfaction.Results：Compared with the control group，the observation group had a lower score of mental health，lower incidence of complications，shorter recovery time，higher score of quality of life and higher score of satisfaction （P
