【摘要】目的：探討聯(lián)合高壓氧治療與冬眠療法治療高血壓腦出血手術(shù)后患者的療效。方法：將2020年1月—2022年12月我院收治的77例高血壓腦出血患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組，對照組接受腦出血術(shù)后常規(guī)治療，治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用高壓氧治療和冬眠療法。觀察和比較兩組患者的ADL、SSS、GOS及并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果：治療后，兩組的SSS評分均較治療前有所改善，但治療組的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with hibernation therapy on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods：From January 2020 to December 2022，77 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group received conventional therapy after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery，and the treatment group added hyperbaric oxygen therapy and hibernation therapy on this basis.the ADL，SSS，GOS and complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results：After treatment，the SSS scores of both groups improved compared to before treatment，but the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P
