【摘要】目的：評價一站式護理管理模式應(yīng)用于乳癌日間化療的效果。方法：80例乳癌日間化療患者收治于2021年10月—2022年10月，隨機分為對照組（n=40，常規(guī)護理）與觀察組（n=40，一站式護理管理模式），比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組入院就診等候時間為（22.36±2.43）min、執(zhí)行治療用藥時間為（124.76±14.25）min，短于對照組的（44.93±6.77）min、（153.10±13.03）min，觀察組護理滿意度高于對照組（P0.05）；護理后，觀察組疲乏狀況評分低于對照組（P

Evaluation of the implementation effect of one-stop nursing management model on breast cancer patients undergoing daytime chemotherapy

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the effect of one-stop nursing management model applied in daytime chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods：80 patients with breast cancer undergoing daytime chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group （n=40，routine nursing） and the observation group （n=40，one-stop nursing management model） from October 2021 to October 2022.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The waiting time for admission and treatment and the time of medication execution for treatment in the observation group were （22.36±2.43） min and （124.76±14.25） min，which were shorter than （44.93±6.77） min and （153.10±13.03） min in the control group，the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P0.05）；After nursing，the score of fatigue status in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P
