【摘 要】目的：探討不同劑量的黃體酮治療無排卵性月經(jīng)失調(diào)的臨床效果。方法：選取我院婦科收治的70例無排卵性月經(jīng)失調(diào)患者為研究對(duì)象，將受試者進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組，每組各35例。對(duì)照組與研究組患者分別給予大劑量（每日0.4g）與小劑量（每日0.2g）黃體酮治療。對(duì)比兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果：研究組治療總有效率（94.29%）較對(duì)照組（77.14%）更高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical effect of different doses of progesterone on anovulatory menstrual disorders. 月經(jīng)失調(diào)是指女性體內(nèi)激素出血紊亂或缺乏所致的一種婦科疾病，臨床上常表現(xiàn)為經(jīng)期紊亂、痛經(jīng)、出血量異常等，當(dāng)雌激素水平過低無法滿足子宮內(nèi)膜需求導(dǎo)致內(nèi)膜脫落，從而誘發(fā)出血，此種情況則為無排卵性月經(jīng)失調(diào)，不僅影響妊娠率，還易引發(fā)孕早期流產(chǎn)等，嚴(yán)重影響患者的身心健康及家庭和諧[1-2]。（剩余3608字）
