【摘 要】目的：綜合分析內(nèi)科護(hù)理管理中應(yīng)用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理管理模式的效果。方法：研究對(duì)象為隨機(jī)抽取的100例內(nèi)科患者，根據(jù)護(hù)理管理模式的不同將100例患者分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，分別實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理管理模式和常規(guī)護(hù)理管理模式，對(duì)比兩組的各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理管理的觀察組患者護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分、護(hù)理滿意度、不良事件發(fā)生率與實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理管理的對(duì)照組比較存在顯著差異，觀察組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： to comprehensively analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing management mode in medical nursing management. Methods： the research object was 100 medical patients randomly selected. According to different nursing management modes， 100 patients were divided into observation group and control group. High quality nursing management mode and routine nursing management mode were implemented respectively， and the evaluation indexes of the two groups were compared.
