秀麗隱桿線蟲在中藥抗衰老研究中的應(yīng)用

〔摘要〕 中藥作為一種毒副作用少的天然物質(zhì),在抗衰老研究領(lǐng)域有巨大的潛力。本文就近年來以秀麗隱桿線蟲為動物模型,探索中藥通過對多種信號通路及衰老相關(guān)基因的調(diào)控發(fā)揮抗衰老作用的研究進(jìn)行綜述,為深入探索中藥延緩衰老的生物活性和分子機制提供理論依據(jù)和試驗參考。

Application of Caenorhabditis elegans against aging in traditional Chinese medicine

〔Abstract〕 Traditional Chinese medicine, as the natural substance with low toxic and side effects, has great potential in anti-aging research. This paper reviews the recent studies on the anti-aging effects of traditional Chinese medicine through the regulation of various signaling pathways and aging-related genes using Caenorhabditis elegans, so as to provide theoretical basis and experimental reference for further exploration of the biological activities and molecular mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in delaying aging.
