Zhu Youbiao is a calligrapher and painter. In the process of calligraphy and painting creation， he often wants to break through traditional techniques and make bold innovations. Difficulties exist in innovation which is unavailable through imagination or closed-door effort. Therefore， he lays his emphasis on the family-run rope art.

山不轉(zhuǎn)水轉(zhuǎn)，水不轉(zhuǎn)人轉(zhuǎn)，當年從位于普陀區(qū)的滬西工人文化宮調(diào)出，到一家報社任職，就此在外兜兜轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)幾十年，雖然還生活在普陀區(qū)，但普陀區(qū)的那些人那些事漸漸地漸行漸遠……

忽一日，一位報社老同事打電話給我說，人家雜志社約他去寫一位繩藝非遺傳承人朱由標，他沒空寫，請我代勞。（剩余1931字）
