摘 要:主要介紹P128型PSV供應(yīng)船電裝施工管理及優(yōu)化措施,結(jié)合我廠在幾型船建造施工過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,闡述電氣舾裝件的施工管理和優(yōu)化措施。實(shí)踐證明,優(yōu)化后的工藝措施,對(duì)提高船舶可靠性和整體建造質(zhì)量有明顯效果,減少設(shè)計(jì)出錯(cuò)率,提升現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率。

Electric Installation Management and Optimization Measures
for the PSV Supply Ships of Type P128

Abstract: This article mainly introduces the construction management and optimization measures for the electrical outfitting of the Type P128 platform supply ship (PSV). Based on years of practical experience and theoretical research, combined with the construction problems that our factory has encountered during the construction process of several types of ships, this article provides a detailed explanation of the construction management and optimization techniques for electrical outfitting components, as well as construction optimization. Practice has proven that the improved and optimized process measures have significantly improved the reliability and overall construction quality of ships, effectively avoiding and solving these problems, reducing design error rates, and improving on-site construction quality and production efficiency.
