基于有限元方法的某船振動響應(yīng)計算分析

摘    要:采用有限元計算方法,建立某船的三維有限元模型,對全船振動水平進(jìn)行評估分析。分析的重點是人員居住區(qū)及日常工作區(qū),目的是校核在航行工況時主要振源激勵下的振動響應(yīng)。計算結(jié)果滿足要求,計算分析方法可為相關(guān)類型船舶振動性能評定提供參考。

Abstract: A three-dimensional finite element model of this ship has been established by finite element method to evaluate and analyze the vibration level of the whole ship. The focus of vibration analysis is on the residential area and daily work area. The purpose is to check the vibration response of this ship under the excitation of the main vibration source when sailing out of port (sailing condition),and the calculation results meet with the legal requirements. The calculation and analysis method could provide certain reference and guiding significance for the evaluation of related type ships on vibration performance.

振動噪聲對船舶的舒適性產(chǎn)生不利影響,若振動程度過大,還會對船舶造成較大的危害,主要包括構(gòu)件應(yīng)力過大產(chǎn)生的疲勞破壞,并會使船上的設(shè)備儀器失靈[1]。(剩余4216字)
