國產(chǎn)手術(shù)機(jī)器人輔助下McKeown食管癌切除術(shù)：海南省首例報道（附手術(shù)視頻）

摘 要 海南醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院胸外科于2024年5月21使用國產(chǎn)精鋒?手術(shù)機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)完成頸胸腹三切口食管癌根治手術(shù)1例，整個手術(shù)過程耗時約320 min，其中機(jī)器人手術(shù)系統(tǒng)的對接時間大約為20 min，出血量50 mL，未見術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。

Domestic robot-assisted McKeown esophagectomy for esophageal cancer： the first case reported in Hainan Province （with surgical video）

Abstract A case of cervico-thoraco-abdominal triple-incision radical esophageal cancer surgery was performed in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University using the domestic Jingfeng? Surgical Robot System on May 21， 2024. The surgical procedure lasted for a total time of about 320 min， of which the docking time of the robotic surgical system was about 20 min， with the amount of bleeding of 50 mL， and no postoperative complications were found.
