老年人主觀認(rèn)知下降現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素的研究進(jìn)展

摘要  總結(jié)老年人主觀認(rèn)知下降現(xiàn)狀，并從人口學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)等方面綜述其影響因素，提出相關(guān)促進(jìn)建議，以期為制定最佳的護(hù)理干預(yù)措施提供參考，進(jìn)而提升老年人認(rèn)知功能，減緩其向輕度認(rèn)知障礙及阿爾茨海默病進(jìn)展。

Abstract    This paper summarizes the current status of subjective cognitive decline（SCD） in the elderly and reviews its influencing factors from demographic， psychological，sociological，and medical perspectives. Relevant promotional suggestions are put forward to provide a reference for formulating optimal nursing intervention measures. The ultimate goal is to enhance cognitive function in the elderly and slow the progression towards mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease.
