我國生姜產(chǎn)業(yè)近10年的產(chǎn)銷狀況及發(fā)展策略

摘    要: 生姜(Zingiber officinale Rosc.)是食藥同源的香辛蔬菜,經(jīng)濟效益位居農(nóng)作物前列,在鞏固脫貧攻堅成果銜接鄉(xiāng)村振興中發(fā)揮著積極作用。對近10年來我國生姜產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)銷狀況和存在的問題進行分析,對未來發(fā)展提出建議,以供相關(guān)決策者和廣大從業(yè)者參考。

Status of production and marketing of ginger industry in China in recent ten years and future development strategies

Abstract: Ginger(Zingiber officinale Rosc.) is a spicy vegetable crop valued for its culinary properties and medicinal potential. It is among the top crops in terms of economic benefits, and has played active roles in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and connecting rural revitalization. The authors analyzed the status of production and marketing and existing problems of ginger industry in China in recent ten years, and put forward some suggestions for future development that may be beneficial to relevant decision makers and practitioners.
