閃速爐爐體水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與毛細管安裝技術(shù)探討

〔摘 要〕對閃速爐爐體水系統(tǒng)進行了介紹，分析了閃速爐爐體水系統(tǒng)主管的設(shè)計思路，指出了在閃速爐爐體水系統(tǒng)主管設(shè)計和集水箱布置過程中需要注意的要點。同時，對爐體水系統(tǒng)毛細管的材質(zhì)、安裝特點和管路設(shè)計進行了分析，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外毛細管的安裝經(jīng)驗，提出了閃速爐毛細管的安裝要點。

Design of Water System for Flash Furnace （FF） and Discussion of Capillary

Tube Installation Technology

Abstract  This paper introduces the FF water system， analyzes the design concept of the main pipe of the FF water system， and points out the key points that need to be paid attention to in the design of the main pipe of the FF water system and the layout of the water collection tank. Meanwhile， the paper makes an analysis of the material， installation characteristics， and pipeline design of the capillary tube in the furnace water system. According to the installation experience of capillary tube at home and abroad， the paper proposes the installation key points of the capillary tube in the flash furnace.
