《各級(jí)各類檔案館收集檔案范圍的規(guī)定》的內(nèi)容回顧及相關(guān)修訂建議

摘要：《各級(jí)各類檔案館收集檔案范圍的規(guī)定》（國(guó)家檔案局令第9號(hào)）的發(fā)布與實(shí)施，對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)國(guó)家檔案資源體系建設(shè)起到了歷史性的重要作用。本文在回顧其主要內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上，分析其主要特點(diǎn)和時(shí)代價(jià)值，并從完善、補(bǔ)充和修正等角度出發(fā)，提出修訂該檔案部門規(guī)章的相關(guān)建議。

Abstract：The promulgation and implementa？ tion of the Provisions on the Scope of Collection of Archives at All Levels and of All Categories（Decree No. 9 of the State Archives Administra？ tion） has played a historic and important role in promoting the construction of China’s national ar？ chival resources system. On the basis of review？ ing its main contents， this paper analyzes its main characteristics and values， and puts for？ ward relevant suggestions for revising the regula？ tions of the archives department from the per？ spectives of improving， supplementing and revis？ ing.
