【摘    要】：針對前期管線切改、交通導行等制約地鐵建設進程的因素，利用BIM技術建立管線切改、交通導行模型，將二維圖紙三維化、可視化，通過對城市管線切改及交通導行情況進行仿真模擬，提前發(fā)現(xiàn)施工過程中可能存在的問題并尋找解決途徑，提高施工效率與施工質(zhì)量。

【Abstract】：Aiming at pipeline cutting and traffic guiding in the early stage， which is one of the important factors restricting the process of subway construction， the paper uses BIM technology to establish pipeline cutting and traffic guiding models， trivialize and visualize two-dimensional drawings， and simulate the situation of urban pipeline cutting and traffic guiding. Find out the possible problems in the construction process in advance and find solutions to improve construction efficiency and construction quality.
