昭通市省級(jí)公益林管理的問題及對(duì)策

摘要 為搞好公益林的管理、保護(hù)和建設(shè)，以云南省昭通林業(yè)及省級(jí)公益林管理為例，結(jié)合當(dāng)前的相關(guān)政策、法律法規(guī)，分析了公益林管理中存在的問題，并針對(duì)性地提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和措施，對(duì)今后加強(qiáng)和改善公益林的管理具有一定借鑒。

Abstract In order to do a good job in the management， protection and construction of public welfare forest， taking Zhaotong forestry and provincial public welfare forest management as an example， combined with the current relevant policies， laws and regulations， this paper analyzed the problems existing in the management of public welfare forest， and put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures， which has certain significance for strengthening and improving the management of public welfare forest in the future.
