真空斷路器觸頭材料的組織與性能研究

[摘 要]真空斷路器的核心部件是真空滅弧室,滅弧室需要有良好的開斷和滅弧能力。所以,其內部的觸頭材料就要有優(yōu)良的高強度和高導電率的性能。文章主要對CuCrZrMg合金觸頭材料進行組織與性能的研究,通過優(yōu)化熱處理和冷加工工藝,研究觸頭材料的顯微組織和性能,提出一種可以提高觸頭材料性能的處理工藝。

Investigation on Microstructure and Properties of the Contact Material of Vacuum Circuit Breaker

[Abstract]The core component of vacuum circuit breaker is vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, which needs good breaking and arc extinguishing ability. Therefore, the internal contact material must have excellent performance of high strength and high conductivity. In this paper, the microstructure and properties of CuCrZrMg alloy contact material are studied. The microstructure and properties of the contact material are studied by optimizing the heat treatment and cold processing technology, and a preparation and processing technology that can improve the properties of the contact material is proposed.
