繼電器隔熱工藝研究

[摘 要]采用輔助工裝隔熱方法,研究分析繼電器過波峰焊爐焊接不良率問題。結(jié)果表明,不同基材工裝、相同基材不同厚度工裝,對繼電器隔熱具有不同效果。散熱性能越好,隔熱越好,基材越薄,散熱性能越佳。

[Abstract]Using the auxiliary tooling insulation method, the problem of welding defect rate of relay over-wave soldering furnace was studied and analyzed. The results show that different substrate tooling and different thickness fixtures of the same substrate have different effects on relay insulation. The better the heat dissipation performance, the better the heat insulation, and the thinner the substrate, the better the heat dissipation performance.
