非酒精性脂肪性肝病新認識與再更名

摘要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病是一種多系統(tǒng)受累的代謝性疾病，與胰島素抵抗和遺傳易感密切相關(guān)。目前非酒精性脂肪性肝病已成為我國乃至全球最常見的慢性肝病。本文就非酒精性脂肪性肝病的診斷和評估、非藥物治療、合并慢性乙型肝炎、靶向腸道菌群治療策略以及更名爭議等專家論壇的熱點話題進行述評。關(guān)鍵詞：非酒精性脂肪性肝?。?診斷； 治療學； 命名基金項目：國家自然科學基金（81900507， 82170593）； 國家科技部重點研發(fā)計劃（2021YFC2700802）

Abstract：Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is a metabolic disease with multisystem involvement and is closely associated with insulin resistance and genetic susceptibility. At present， NAFLD has become the most common chronic liver disease in China and worldwide. This article reviews the hot topics of various expert forums such as the diagnosis and evaluation of NAFLD， non-drug treatment， comorbidity with chronic hepatitis B，  therapeutic strategies targeting intestinal flora and its rename of NAFLD.
