農(nóng)村治理現(xiàn)代化的價值、困境及路徑

摘  要：治理現(xiàn)代化是政府當前的一個重要任務(wù)，而農(nóng)村治理現(xiàn)代化又是其重要的組成部分。農(nóng)村實現(xiàn)治理現(xiàn)代化，將推進鄉(xiāng)村振興的實施。文章給出農(nóng)村治理現(xiàn)代化的價值內(nèi)涵，并通過對M旗進行調(diào)研，發(fā)現(xiàn)該旗在實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村治理現(xiàn)代進程中，存在一些困境，通過分析，給出解決路徑。

Abstract： Governance modernization is an important task of the government at present， and the modernization of rural governance is an important part of it. The modernization of rural governance will promote the implementation of rural revitalization. This paper gives the value connotation of the modernization of rural governance. Through the investigation of M Banner， it is found that there are some difficulties in the process of realizing the modern process of rural governance.

1 問題的提出

中共中央、國務(wù)院印發(fā)的《鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃（2018-2022年）》中對鄉(xiāng)村基層治理做出了詳細部署，在規(guī)劃的第八篇健全現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村治理體系中要求加強農(nóng)村基層黨組織對鄉(xiāng)村振興的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo);促進自治、法治、德治有機結(jié)合;夯實基層政權(quán)。（剩余4941字）
