鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下民族地區(qū)基層圖書館發(fā)展策略研究

——以四川省涼山彝族自治州為例

摘 要：民族地區(qū)基層圖書館有著地域偏遠(yuǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)、風(fēng)俗文化特殊等特點，其發(fā)展具有特殊性。文章以涼山彝族自治州圖書館為例，介紹當(dāng)?shù)厣贁?shù)民族地區(qū)基層圖書館的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析存在的問題，提出在鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下民族地區(qū)基層圖書館的發(fā)展策略，以期充分發(fā)揮民族地區(qū)基層圖書館的多重職能，助力鄉(xiāng)村振興。

Research on the Countermeasures for the Development of Grass-roots Libraries in Minority Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization：Case Study of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province

Abstract：The grass-roots libraries in minority areas are characterized by remote region， underdeveloped economy， special customs and culture， and their development has particularity.Taking the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture Library as an example， this paper introduces the development status of grass-roots libraries in local minority areas， analyzes the problems of that， and puts forward countermeasures for the development of grass-roots libraries in minority areas under the background of rural revitalization， so as to play the multiple functions of that to help rural revitalization.
