標準化戰(zhàn)略賦能烤肉產業(yè)高質量發(fā)展研究
——地方標準《龍江特色美食 齊齊哈爾烤肉》起草與實踐
摘 要:本文通過對地方標準《龍江特色美食 齊齊哈爾烤肉》起草和實施工作進行系統(tǒng)分析和總結,得出實施標準化戰(zhàn)略有力地推動了齊齊哈爾烤肉產業(yè)高質量發(fā)展,文章最后就推動齊齊哈爾烤肉標準化進一步發(fā)展提出了相關建議。

Research on Standardization Strategy to Empower the High-quality Development of the Barbecue Industry—the Drafting and Practice of Local Standard Longjiang Specialty Qiqihar Barbecue

Abstract: Through the systematic analysis and summary of the drafting and implementation of the local standard Longjiang Specialty Qiqihar Barbecue, this paper concludes that the implementation of the standardization strategy has strongly promoted the high-quality development of the Qiqihar barbecue industry, and fi nally puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the further development of the standardization of Qiqihar barbecue.
