認(rèn)識“馬賽克戰(zhàn)”沖擊 把握戰(zhàn)爭發(fā)展脈絡(luò)

摘 要：美國提出的馬賽克戰(zhàn)作戰(zhàn)新概念已成為世界各軍事強國的關(guān)注熱點。從“是什么？為什么？好在哪？怎么辦？”4個方面分析了馬賽克戰(zhàn)的概念內(nèi)涵、背景意義、主要特征和發(fā)展變化等，在此基礎(chǔ)上，從突破固化思維，創(chuàng)新指導(dǎo)理論，完善籌劃方法，革新關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，立足現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)等角度提出對未來戰(zhàn)爭的思考和建議。

Understanding Impact Mosaic Warfare to Grasp the Development of the War

Abstract：The new concept of mosaic warfare proposed by the United States has become the focus of attention of the world’s military powers. This article analyzes the concept connotation， background significance， main characteristics and development changes of mosaic war from the four aspects of “What？ Why？ What’s good？ How to do？” On this basis， it puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on future war from the perspectives of breaking through thinking patterns， innovating guiding theory， perfecting planning methods， innovating key technologies and basing on reality.
