“無廢城市”建設(shè)背景下一般工業(yè)固體廢物管理對策

——以石嘴山市為例

摘要：隨著“無廢城市”建設(shè)的持續(xù)推進，一般工業(yè)固體廢物管理日益受到重視。本文以石嘴山市為例，分析一般工業(yè)固體廢物管理現(xiàn)狀，指出存在的問題，然后提出一般工業(yè)固體廢物管理對策，以促進“無廢城市”建設(shè)。總體來說，要加強制度建設(shè)，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，激發(fā)市場活力，加強科技支撐，提高一般工業(yè)固體廢物綜合利用水平。

Management Strategies for General Industrial Solid Waste under the Background of “Zero-Waste City” Construction

—Taking Shizuishan City as an Example

Abstract： With the continuous promotion of the construction of “zero-waste city”， the management of general industrial solid waste is increasingly valued. Taking Shizuishan City as an example， this paper analyzes the current situation of general industrial solid waste management， points out the existing problems， and then proposes general industrial solid waste management strategies to promote the construction of “zero-waste city”. Overall， it is necessary to strengthen institutional construction， optimize industrial structure， stimulate market vitality， strengthen technological support， and improve the comprehensive utilization level of general industrial solid waste.
