益陽市城市地下水應(yīng)急水源地開發(fā)利用潛力分析

摘要：突發(fā)性事件發(fā)生后，城市可能面臨水資源供應(yīng)不足的問題。本文以益陽市為例，闡述中心城區(qū)供水現(xiàn)狀，并圈定中心城區(qū)地下水應(yīng)急水源地，提出有效的取水、供水與保護(hù)方案，以提高城市地下水應(yīng)急水源地開發(fā)利用潛力，有效應(yīng)對突發(fā)性事件，確保水資源供應(yīng)正常。

Analysis on Development and Utilization Potential of Urban Groundwater Emergency Water Sources in Yiyang City

Abstract： After a sudden event occurs， cities may face the problem of insufficient water supply. Taking Yiyang City as an example， this paper elaborates on the current situation of water supply in the central urban area， delineates the emergency groundwater source areas in the central urban area， and proposes effective water intake， supply， and protection plans to enhance the development and utilization potential of emergency groundwater sources in the city， effectively respond to sudden events， and ensure normal water resource supply.
