黃河流域生態(tài)環(huán)境保護與高質(zhì)量發(fā)展對策分析

——以東營市為例

摘要：黃河是我國重要的生態(tài)屏障，保護黃河是事關(guān)中華民族偉大復(fù)興和永續(xù)發(fā)展的千秋大計。東營市位于山東省北部，地處黃河三角洲，黃河在東營市境內(nèi)匯入渤海。本文結(jié)合東營市生態(tài)環(huán)境保護和社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，提出黃河流域生態(tài)環(huán)境保護和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的對策，從而推進區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境保護，實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Analysis of Ecological Environment Protection and High-Quality Development Strategies in the Yellow River Basin

——Taking Dongying City as an Example

Abstract： The Yellow River is an important ecological barrier in China， and protecting the Yellow River is a long-term plan related to the great rejuvenation and sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Dongying City is located in the northern part of Shandong Province， in the Yellow River Delta， and the Yellow River flows into the Bohai Sea within the territory of Dongying City. Based on the current situation of ecological environment protection and socio-economic development in Dongying City， this paper proposes strategies for ecological environment protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin， in order to promote regional ecological environment protection and achieve high-quality development.
