濱江典型化工園區(qū)碳減排路徑研究

摘要:產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)是我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的引擎,具有結(jié)構(gòu)偏重、資源消耗大、碳和污染物排放高的特點(diǎn),濱江化工園區(qū)尤為突出,既是事關(guān)我國(guó)能否實(shí)現(xiàn)雙碳目標(biāo)的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),又是“共抓大保護(hù),不搞大開發(fā)”的著力點(diǎn)。本文以濱江典型化工園區(qū)為例,核算碳排放量,然后提出碳減排路徑,為其他產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)碳減排決策提供參考。

Research on Carbon Emission Reduction Paths of Typical Chemical Parks near Riverside

Abstract: Industrial parks are the engine of regional economic development in China, characterized by a heavy structure, high resource consumption, and high carbon and pollutant emissions, the chemical parks near riverside are particularly prominent, as they are not only the main battlefield related to whether China can achieve the dual carbon goal, but also the focus to step up conservation of the Yangtze River and stop its over development. Taking a typical chemical park near riverside as an example, this paper calculates carbon emissions and proposes carbon reduction paths, providing reference for carbon reduction decisions in other industrial parks.
