西安市果蔬垃圾處理現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

摘要：我國果蔬垃圾產(chǎn)生量大、成分復(fù)雜、含水率高，處理不當(dāng)會污染環(huán)境、危害人體健康。“雙碳”背景下，如何實現(xiàn)果蔬垃圾綠色化、資源化利用成為行業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)果蔬垃圾處理現(xiàn)狀，分析西安市果蔬垃圾處理存在的問題，借鑒部分城市的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗，提出相關(guān)建議，以推進(jìn)西安市果蔬垃圾處理體系建設(shè)。

Research on the Status and Countermeasures of Fruit and Vegetable Waste Treatment in Xi'an City

Abstract： The amount of fruit and vegetable waste generated in China is large， with complex components and high moisture content， and improper treatment can pollute the environment and endanger human health. Under the background of "dual carbon"， how to achieve the green and resource utilization of fruit and vegetable waste has become the key to the development of the industry. Based on the status of fruit and vegetable waste treatment in China， this paper analyzes the problems in fruit and vegetable waste treatment in Xi'an City， draws on the advanced experience of some cities， and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the construction of the fruit and vegetable waste treatment system in Xi'an City.

果蔬垃圾是指農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場、農(nóng)貿(mào)市場、大型超市、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品集中加工區(qū)等場所產(chǎn)生的廚余垃圾，通常包括蔬菜瓜果垃圾、腐肉、肉碎骨、水產(chǎn)品、畜禽內(nèi)臟等，是生活垃圾分類工作的重要板塊[1]。（剩余7588字）
