赤泥資源化利用最新研究進(jìn)展及展望

摘要:目前,赤泥綜合利用的主要方向有選鐵、脫堿、制備陶粒、制備建筑材料以及制備道路材料。隨著“雙碳經(jīng)濟(jì)”時代的到來,新處理工藝正不斷涌現(xiàn),赤泥堆場修復(fù)后可種植經(jīng)濟(jì)作物,赤泥可用于制備3D打印油墨。本文結(jié)合赤泥的理化性質(zhì),綜述國內(nèi)外赤泥資源化利用的最新研究進(jìn)展,為解決赤泥問題提供新思路。

Abstract: At present, the main directions of comprehensive utilization of red mud include iron selection, dealkalization, preparation of ceramsite, preparation of building materials and preparation of road materials. With the advent of the era of "double carbon economy", new treatment technologies are emerging, after the repair of the red mud yard, cash crops can be planted, and the red mud can be used to prepare 3D printing ink. Based on the physical and chemical properties of red mud, this paper summarizes the latest research progress in the resource utilization of red mud at home and abroad, and provides new ideas for solving the problem of red mud.

赤泥是鋁土礦生產(chǎn)氧化鋁過程中所產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)堿性一般工業(yè)固體廢棄物,因氧化鐵含量不同,外觀呈紅色、紅褐色、暗紅色或灰色,其含水量高,且含有重金屬等有害成分。(剩余12175字)
