企業(yè)污水處理站尾水苯胺類零排放試驗研究

摘要:本研究采用臭氧氧化工藝處理某企業(yè)污水處理站尾水,每隔0.5 h監(jiān)測廢水色度與苯胺類濃度的變化。試驗結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)氧化時間達到3 h時,廢水中的苯胺類濃度低于方法檢出限,從而實現(xiàn)苯胺類的零排放;調(diào)節(jié)廢水pH,投加Ni-Cu催化劑,可以提高廢水處理效率。

Abstract: In this study, the ozone oxidation process is used to treat the tailwater of a wastewater treatment station of an enterprise, and the change of the chroma and aniline concentration of the wastewater is monitored every 0.5 h. The test results show that when the oxidation time reaches 3 h, the concentration of aniline in the wastewater is lower than the detection limit of the method, thus realizing zero emission of aniline; the wastewater treatment efficiency can be improved by adjusting the pH of wastewater and adding Ni-Cu catalyst.
