海綿城市中硅砂覆膜及其粘結(jié)劑改性研究

摘要：硅砂在海綿城市中應用廣泛，硅砂透水磚可以破壞水表面張力，增強自身透水性。本文通過回顧硅砂覆膜的生產(chǎn)工藝及其物理化學原理，介紹了硅砂焙燒和覆膜的作用。其間通過類比鑄造用覆膜砂粘結(jié)劑改性的原理，總結(jié)砂基透水磚用覆膜砂粘結(jié)劑常用的改性方法，以期為有效建設(shè)海綿城市提供參考。

Abstract： Silica sand is widely used in sponge cities， silica sand permeable brick can destroy the water surface tension and enhance its water permeability. By reviewing the production process and physical and chemical principles of silica sand film covering， this paper introduces the role of silica sand baking and film covering. In the meantime， by analogy with the principle of modification of coated sand binder for casting， the common modification methods of coated sand binder for sand-based permeable bricks are summarized， with a view to providing reference for the effective construction of sponge cities.
