摘 要：河鋼唐鋼鋼鐵公司通過普通日常點檢制度無法達到設備故障早知道、早預報、早診斷，通過建立設備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)，逐漸從原有的應急維修、預防性維修向預測性維修、主動性維修轉換，從而減少非計劃停機，提高生產效率。

Abstract：This article briefly discusses that Tangshan Iron and Steel Company of Hegang cannot achieve early knowledge， prediction， and diagnosis of equipment faults through ordinary daily inspection systems. By establishing an equipment status monitoring system， it gradually transitions from emergency maintenance and preventive maintenance to predictive and proactive maintenance， thereby reducing unplanned downtime and improving production efficiency.
