連續(xù)熱鍍鋅板漏鍍原因分析及預防措施

摘 要：對連續(xù)熱鍍鋅板漏鍍的原因進行分類分析，利用金相顯微鏡、掃描電鏡及能譜儀精確確定漏鍍的原因，并提出改進措施，提高了鍍鋅板的表面質(zhì)量，減少了漏鍍的發(fā)生。

Abstract：The causes of continuous hot galvanized plate leakage are classified and analyzed， and the causes are precisely determined by metallographic microscope， scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum， and improvement measures are put forward to improve the surface quality of galvanized plate and reduce the occurrence of leakage.

鍍鋅板和鍍鋁硅板因其良好的耐蝕性被廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、家電、汽車等領(lǐng)域，漏鍍是鍍層板常見的表面缺陷，嚴重影響鍍層的耐蝕性和外觀，甚至在成型的過程中鍍層脫落[1]，當出現(xiàn)大量漏鍍時就需要停車分析漏鍍原因，待原因找到后方可重新開始生產(chǎn)，這個過程降低了生產(chǎn)效率，提高了生產(chǎn)成本。（剩余2499字）
