熱軋帶鋼跑偏原因分析及控制措施

摘 要:針對某1 250 mm熱連軋生產(chǎn)線在精軋機軋制時經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)帶鋼跑偏軋破、軋廢的現(xiàn)象,從溫度控制、粗軋板形控制、軋輥不均勻磨損、軋輥冷卻水、軋制潤滑、軋機間隙、設(shè)備對中等方面進行逐一排查整改,最終將跑偏降級軋廢控制在合理范圍內(nèi)。

ANALYSIS AND CONTROL MEASURES OF RUNNING DEVIATION OF HOT STRIP

Abstract:In this paper, a 1 250 mm hot continuous rolling production line in the finishing mill often occurred strip deviation rolling broken, The phenomenon of rolling waste is checked and rectified one by one from the aspects of temperature control, rough rolling shape control, roll uneven wear, roll cooling water, rolling lubrication, rolling mill gap and equipment, and finally the running deviation and demotion rolling waste is controlled within a reasonable range.

0 引 言
某1 250 mm熱軋帶鋼生產(chǎn)線2011年11月投產(chǎn),主要以生產(chǎn)冷軋基料SPHC、Q195厚度3.0 mm為主,從2018年10月開始精軋機軋制跑偏軋破、軋廢居高不下,統(tǒng)計顯示平均每月因跑偏軋破降級品占總降級品的20%,跑偏廢鋼占總廢鋼的30%。(剩余2459字)
