摘 要：介紹了南鋼鐵前系統(tǒng)運用質(zhì)量監(jiān)督方法創(chuàng)新，從原燃料風險點控制、物料普查、前置把關(guān)、評價畫像、過程檢驗等方面，完善過程及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，從而健全鐵前質(zhì)量管理的實踐過程。
