摘 要：針對(duì)山東省唯一一家上市鋼鐵公司實(shí)施新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換前后的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營及財(cái)務(wù)狀況變化，進(jìn)行了成本控制、內(nèi)部管控等方面的分析，進(jìn)而對(duì)鋼鐵行業(yè)未來如何更好實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，提升本質(zhì)化運(yùn)營，提出了加強(qiáng)相應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的啟示和建議。

ANALYSIS OF SHANDONG IRON AND STEEL'S OPERATION SITUATION IN THE CONTEXT OF NEW AND OLD DYNAMIC ENERGY CONVERSION

Abstract：This paper analyse the cost control， internal control and other aspects of the production， operation and financial status changes before and after the implementation of the old and new kinetic energy transformation of the only listed steel company in Shandong Province， then puts forward insights and suggestions on how to better achieve high-quality development and enhance essential operations in the steel industry in the future and strengthen corresponding risk prevention.

2016年以來，伴隨國家供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革和全面深化改革的推進(jìn)，鋼鐵行業(yè)迎來新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，通過改造提升傳統(tǒng)動(dòng)能、培育壯大新動(dòng)能、加快轉(zhuǎn)型和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化，推動(dòng)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，因此，分析業(yè)內(nèi)典型企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)具有極大的借鑒意義。（剩余3152字）
