摘 要：分析Nucor鋼鐵公司的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展歷程，結(jié)合美國鋼鐵行業(yè)發(fā)展的周期背景分析了支撐Nucor獲得長期盈利能力的核心要素，希望能對處于峰值后下降平臺期的我國鋼鐵企業(yè)有所借鑒。

Abstract：This article analyzes the operation and development of Nucor Iron and Steel Company， and analyzes the core factors supporting Nucor's long-term profitability in combination in American iron and steel industry development background.It is hoped that the research results of this article can be used for reference by Chinese iron and steel enterprises in downcast period.
